VOC stands for volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere. Can exist in the gaseous form of a volatile in air.
It can be exposed to ultraviolet light again as a contaminant, solid, liquid, or both. VOCS monitoring system can be used for real-time and continuous monitoring of VOC emissions from fixed pollution sources.
Can put forward scientific suggestions according to the actual situation and requirements of atmospheric environment, obtain accurate monitoring data, promote the development of VOC online monitoring technology.
VOCS monitoring system adopts imported high-performance British PID sensor. Sampling by extraction method, good stability and repeatability, long service life. The equipment can operate in high temperature, high dust, high oil and gas.
For example: boiler flue gas, automobile exhaust, environmental protection department, industrial production process monitoring, pollution source emission monitoring, flue gas heavy metal online monitoring, desulfurization and denitration monitoring, waste incineration flue gas emission monitoring, volatile organic compounds (VOC) monitoring, biogas online monitoring and other occasions.
Voc monitors can monitor VOC emissions online for a long time. The use of VOCS monitoring system can not only prevent and control air pollution, but also supervise and control the discharge of industrial waste gas, and scientifically regulate the discharge and treatment of industrial waste gas.
The basic principle of THE PID detection method adopted by VOC monitors is to use the ultraviolet light (VUV) generated by the vacuum discharge phenomenon of inert gas.
Ionize the molecules of the gas to be measured, and measure the intensity of the current generated by the ionized gas to get the concentration of the gas to be measured.
PID sensor is composed of ultraviolet light source and ion chamber.
There are positive and negative electrodes in the ion chamber to form an electric field, and the organic volatile molecules are excited by high-energy ultraviolet light source to produce negative electrons and positive ions.
These ionized particles form a current between the electrodes, which is amplified and processed by the detector to output the current signal, and finally the concentration of PPM level is detected.
